The staff was very accommodating and helpful .

Unfortunately, I encountered some serious issues . The room had burn holes in the sheets, quite off-putting. I noticed a few roaches and felt uncomfortable with the prevalence of questionable activity around the hotel. It really detracted from what should have been a relaxing stay.

Everything was good, including exceptionally nice staff and favourable location close to everything. Really enjoyed the room, it was big with 2 queen beds. Location : the hotel was just off the lake. Also, this venue was located 1 mile away from Jefferies Park.

Could not be improved in any way.

A quick and honest take

I was actually surprised by the comfortable room, which seemed like a mini apartment! It had two microwaves, two mini fridges, and the AC worked perfectly. The soft blanket on the bed was blissful too. A small downside was the lack of breakfast, but there's a McDonald's right next door.

The room was like an apartment, perfect after our days out exploring the nearby parks and golf club. We felt safe with the security cameras around, too. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The only downside was no breakfast options available, but thankfully, there was a McDonald's right next door for a quick bite.

The room was impressively clean and reminded me of a mini-apartment, equipped with two microwaves and mini fridges. The comfort of the soft blanket on the king bed. The lack of breakfast options was disappointing, and although the AC worked well, some outside noise from the vicinity could be heard. It would have been nice to have more amenities available onsite since everything was pretty basic overall.
